Eric H. Strand
President and Chief Executive Officer
 
Eric works with clients, manages investment portfolios and oversees the firm’s daily operations. Before joining AR&M in 1996, he was a chief engineer for Maersk Line Ltd., an international container shipping company. He has over 15 years of portfolio management experience and has invested in stocks since he was six years old. 

Eric holds an MBA from Boston University (1997), a BS from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, N.Y. (1988) and is a graduate of Tabor Academy (1984). Eric is the President of the Marion Business Community Association, Vice President of the Marion Art Center and a board member of the Community Nurse & Hospice in Fairhaven, MA. He serves on the board and chairs the investment committee for the Community Foundation of Southeastern Massachusetts. Eric is also President emeritus of the Elizabeth Tabor Library. He enjoys boating, golfing and spending time with his family.

Andrew F. McIntire, CFA
Principal and Chief Financial Officer
 
Andrew works with clients, manages investment portfolios and oversees the firm’s financial and regulatory activities. Before joining AR&M in 1998, he was a member of the Risk Assessment Unit of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Andrew holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of both the Boston Securities Analyst Society and the Providence Society of Financial Analysts. He has over 20 years of industry experience and over 13 years of portfolio management experience.

Andrew is a graduate of New York University (dual MBA, 1994), The College of Holy Cross (BA, 1988) and Tabor Academy (1984). Andrew serves on the investment committee for the Mattapoisett Historical Society. He enjoys running, travel and college sports.
